Three suspects are in custody in connection with a string of apparently random shootings in Austin, Texas, according to police.

At least 10 shootings were reported late Saturday and on Sunday, resulting in four people shot, according to the Austin Police Department. None of the shootings were fatal.

Two suspects -- a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old -- were apprehended at a traffic stop Sunday afternoon and were taken to a juvenile detention center, police said. A third suspect fled from the car, and after several hours of searching, the suspect was apprehended by the nearby Manor Police Department, according to police.

There's no known motive for the "senseless" shootings, Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis said.

The shootings targeted apartment buildings, houses and firehouses, Davis said. In one incident on Sunday morning, a man walking his dog was shot in the back, Davis said.

The suspects allegedly stole at least four cars, according to police, and the 17-year-old is also accused of stealing a gun.
