Systems have come back online, according to the FAA.

Planes headed into and departing Minnesota and nine other Midwest states were being diverted or held on the ground Thursday due to a system outage at a Minneapolis air traffic control facility, the Federal Aviation Administration said.
The systems, which included radar and ATC, later came back online, but the disruptions remained at several of the airports, according to the agency.
The disruptions took place not at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport but a major facility that handles air traffic across 330,000 square miles.

Delays at MSP averaged at 90 minutes Thursday evening and delays at airports in Michigan, Kansas, Missouri, North and South Dakota, Nebraska and Wisconsin remained throughout the evening.
