The entire event is set to last about one hour and 50 minutes, starting at about 18:20 BST and finishing by 20:10.

People viewing the solar eclipse from Guernsey are expected to see about 94% coverage.

The next full solar eclipse in Guernsey is due to take place in 55 years on 3 September 2081.
